Smoked Speck

For the production of smoked speck, only the best pork thighs are selected, deboned and cut according to tradition. Speck is covered with salt, pepper and herbs (rosemary, juniper, laurel) and then left to rest. Later it is smoked. At the end of curing, it has obtained a sweet, intense and aromatic flavour.

Our smoked Speck in its reduced version. It is practical and perfect for low consumption.

Cube-shaped Speck is obtained from Speck to which they remove trim and then pressed into a cube shape. This product has an excellent quality and is perfect if you have to slice big quantities in little time. It is perfect for Horeca and food services in general.
