REPORT ON THE PROCESSING OF DATA EX ART. 13 DLGS.196 / 2003
With reference to the provisions of art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data, here follows information on how to manage user data detected during interaction with the website www.ermesfontana.it.
The report complies with the guidelines contained in Recommendation No. 2/2001 by the Working Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46 / EC – independent EU advisory body for data and private life protection-, which indicate the minimum requirements for the collection and management of personal data on-line.
The information is limited to browsing the site www.ermesfontana.it and is not applicable to other websites that can be consulted from links inserted within it.

Data processed and processing purposes
Personal data provided voluntarily
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data through:
- sending of emails to the addresses shown on the site,
- filling in of the forms in the “Contact” and “My account” sections (requested data are the ones necessary for the management of contacts and for online shopping service, payment data are not collected by the site),
entails their acquisition by the Owner and the processing in order to provide feedback and manage commercial or other requests expressed by the sender / user.
Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website, during their normal operation, acquire some data related to users whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data can not be directly associated with the user’s identity.
Collected data may also include, for example, parts of the IP address, domain names and type of browser used to connect to the site, date and time of the request, method used in submitting the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment used.
These data are collected for the only purpose of allowing the correct operation of the website and do not retrieve the user’s personal data. They are therefore to be considered anonymous.

The processing of personal data collected through the website www.ermesfontana.it is carried out by personnel directly appointed and instructed by Fontana Ermes S.p.A. and by the controllers in relation to the purposes shown (administrative, commercial, marketing, system administrators). The data are processed in paper and electronic form, in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, and with procedures and tools suitable to prevent their loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Personal data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller for the time necessary to perform the requests expressed by the users concerned and the purposes described in this report.
Communication and dissemination of data
The data provided by users will not be disclosed to third parties, unless their communication is imposed by legal obligations or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests expressed. Data can be communicated, for example, to companies providing transport services and accounting consultancy firms.
The provider of the website hosting service may have potentially access to the data, exclusively for technical reasons, during maintenance operations necessary for the functionality and safety of the site.
Rights of the interested parties
The interested parties to whom personal data acquired refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy, request thier integration or updating, as foreseen by the art.7 of the Leg.Dec196 / 2003 – Code regarding protection of personal data.

This Cookie Policy is expressed in accordance with the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of May 8, 2014, which indicates, for website operators, the report’s methods and acquisition of users’ consent on the use of cookies.
