Thursday, 31st May 2016, the class 4C from the high school ITAS Bocchialini from Parma visited our production plant.
The students were shown Parma Ham production. They could see every production phase and ended the visit with a ham tasting that we organized for them, in order to show them the incredible characteristics of Parma Ham, famous all over the world for its nutritional qualities and for the well-known crown that is fire-branded only on original Parma Hams.
